Please join Partnership with Children for a 2 day workshop designed exclusively for Parent Coordinators and Family Advocates focused on skill building to foster community building and resiliency following a traumatic event. The 2 day workshop will give you concrete strategies that can be turn keyed to parents and families to promote problem solving, confidence in managing reactions and self care in the wake of a crisis or disaster impacting your school. These hand on activities are designed to give you and the families that you serve the skills and supports to respond to crises needs from a position of strength, understanding and community. Participants will walk away with a toolkit of activities for use in one to one and group settings with parents/guardians, including PTA meetings, parent workshops and school events.

There is NO fee, but you must be registered to attend.

Complimentary lunch will be provided

These workshops are provided by the support of FACE and funded by SAMSHA
