2. Fee: $25 regular, $15 student (limited qty.) Save on Early Bird registration until May 6, 2017.
3. Free Parking: Alumni Field, Tower Road. Market with TransportationCamp signs. If you are using a GPS use the address - 306 Tower Road and park across Tower Road in the designated parking lot.

TransportationCamp Ithaca 2017 is located on the historic Cornell University Arts Quad at Klarman & Goldwin Smith Halls (co-joined). We will assemble in Klarman Atrium for registration, breakfast buffet, introductions and to plan the unconference. Four periods of up to 10 concurrent sessions will follow. Breakfast & lunch will be served.

Klarman Hall is located across from TCAT's Rockefeller Hall bus stop, close to ADA parking and within 10 minutes walk from several garages. Klarman Hall is easily accessible by bus, car or walking. Parking information and directions are available here.

If you’re joining us at TransportationCamp Ithaca, here are a few things you’ll want to know about the event:

Dress code: It’s an unconference on a Saturday — summer casual is fine!

Internet access: Free Wi-Fi will be available in all event spaces—more information @ check in.

Presentation pointers: All the breakout rooms are equipped with a projector, so if you’re thinking of proposing a session and you’d like to present, bring a laptop. We’ll supply a VGA cable; but you should bring an adapter for VGA if your laptop needs one just in case. Many breakout rooms will have a chalkboard.

Use Hackpad to take notes. We encourage everyone to take notes on sessions via hackpad; our site is tcamp2017dc.hackpad.com.

What are my lodging choices?
Go to VisitIthaca.com for information about lodging and visiting Ithaca. Search online for best prices. AirBnB and NY State Parks: Buttermilk Falls SP, Robert H. Treman SP and Taughannock Falls SP offer more choices.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
TCAT Bus Route 51 from Tompkins County Library/Green St Stop departs at 7:35, 8:35, 9:35am, arrives at Uris Hall, .1 mile from Klarman Hall on East Avenue.
Free Parking is at Alumni Fields, Tower Road, see maps below:
Alumni Fields is across Tower Road from Bradfield Hall, tallest building (brick) on campus. Walk west on Tower Rd (towards clock tower), turn right on East Avenue to Klarman Hall, .1 mile from intersection of Tower Rd. & East Ave.
People with Handicap parking tags may park in appropriate posted parking spaces at Day Hall.

Send the organizer an email requesting a refund before June 10. No refunds after June 10.
