About the Event

The County is hosting its annual System Improvement Plan (SIP) Stakeholder forum, focusing this year entirely on improving self-sufficiency outcomes for our Transitional Age Youth (TAY). Please join County departments, community partners, funders, resources families and youth in a day of dialogue, discussion and information sharing towards better serving our TAY.



Breakout Sessions

(A) Breakout Session 1: Unlikely Collaborations: Thinking Outside the Box to Serve TAY;

(B) Breakout Session 2: Supporting Our TAY: Resource Families;

(C) Breakout Session 3: Employing/Educating Our TAY: The Future of Work and What It Takes to Make It;

(D) Breakout Session 4: Adoption: Legal Permanency for Our TAY;

(E) Breakout Session 5: TAY Specialized Populations; and

(F) Breakout Session 6: Cross-Sector Partnerships Supporting TAY Self-Sufficiency.
