Description
Registration is now closed. We are at capacity for our event. Walk-in registration starts at 9:00am on a space-permitting basis. If a registered attendee does not check in by 9:55, their seat will be available. We are also trying to get more seats from the venue.
A conference about preparing for transition to adulthood for individuals who have an IEP, 504 plan or a disability.

No, this is a free conference hosted by Sen. Sharon Runner and Assemblyman Scott Wilk, and sponsored by the Family Focus Resource Center and Advanced Behavioral Pathways. However, pre-registration is required.
Who should attend?
This event is for:
- Parents or caregivers of individuals with disabilities who are age 14 or older
- Parents of younger children may attend in order to get prepared for transition
- Professionals who work with indiviiduals with disabilities
- Students age 14 or older who have an interest in the subject matter
No childcare is provided. Extra seating is not available for children.
Is Spanish interpretation available?
