Transition Points Project Launch

Derby, UK — 6th November — Transition Points is proud to announce its official launch, marking a new chapter in their personal and professional development. Designed to guide individuals through life’s pivotal moments, Transition Points offers bespoke coaching, workshops, and resources that help people navigate change with clarity and confidence.

The launch event will take place on Thursday, 6th november 2025 at St James' Centre Malcolm Street, Derby, DE23 8LU, featuring keynote speakers, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities. Attendees will gain insight into Transition Points’ unique approach to transformation and discover tools to unlock their full potential.

“Carers often face transitions that go unseen and unsupported,” said Dr Joseph Kappia. “We’re here to change that—by offering a space where carers can pause, reflect, and move forward with strength and clarity.”

Who It’s For: Transition Points is for anyone in a caring role—whether supporting a loved one, working in health and social care, or managing the invisible load of emotional labour. It’s for those who give so much to others and rarely get the space to reflect on their own journey.

Why It Matters: Carers are the backbone of our communities, yet their own transitions often go unnoticed. Transition Points exists to change that—offering a safe, empowering space where carers can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and explore what’s next.

Join us in celebrating the beginning of a movement that turns uncertainty into possibility.
