Description
Gahanna Inclusion for Teens and Young Adults has invited a distinguished group of professionals to a panel discussion on the transition to adulthood. This program has been designed to help educate, empower and promote the independence of individuals with disabilities.
The following community agencies and organizations will be present to answer questions about the transition to adulthood and post-secondary opportunities:
