Vice President of Technology Recruiting
Bondstreet Group, LLC.
He brings 10 years of experience in Human Resources from a Generalist background to currently Vice President of Technology Recruiting. He began this journey after working at Lehman Brothers as a Banking Assistant pre- 911. After the 911 incident he had a few months of reflection on his career goals and decided to pursue HR as a career to help the disadvantaged and out of work population. This change in direction and focus has been rewarded by his having placed over 1000 people to date in various roles. Leo is passionate about getting people back to work, and has a no nonsense approach to coaching.
Leonaldo Rosa studied Business Management at Bronx Community College. He is also a member of Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
