Transforming Emotional Eating and Cravings - Pre-recorded webinar - watch at your convenience

• Does stress, anger, confusion or sadness drive you to eat? Do you turn to food for comfort, or when you're bored? Many people do. Eating for emotional reasons instead of being physically hungry can become a problem both in terms of weight and health.

• Many of us turn to food for stress relief, comfort, or as a reward. If you’re an emotional eater, you may feel powerless over your food cravings. Emotional eating or stress eating is using food to make yourself feel better—eating to fill emotional needs, rather than to look at what is truly at the root of this.

• Emotional eating can sabatoge your wellbeing, healing or weight loss efforts. Cravings can be emotional and some cravings are simply a chemical imbalance in the body or brain or hormonal household. We will look at different patterns and key factors to discern what is going on in the body and how to address them.

• Health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, adrenal fatigue and overweight can accompany this situation.

• Learn how to navigate thru emotional eating and cravings without using it as a coping mechanism.

• Eating until we are over-stuffed is a sure sign something is going on emotionally. Are you ready to make changes?
