    • How can socio-psychological theories integrate with new design concepts to achieve more effective UX for behavior change at scale?
    • Why is it not easy to change behaviour? Be careful that your chosen strategy does not backfire!
    • How can you break stereotypes and create from your heart?
    • How is it possible to combine agile development and create innovative solutions?
    • How do nudging and gamification work?

    Literature

Agnis Stibe and Anne-Kathrine Kjær Christensen will use their scientific literature as foundation of knowledge presented in the workshop. A full list of literature can be provided during the workshop. Notice that the focus in the workshop is on the practical use in UX work. It is therefore not necessary to read these before the class.
