Transformational Yoga is a breath of fresh air to replenish your body, mind, and soul.
We will be using elements of Kundalini Yoga and Yin Yoga to deepen our self-care practice. You do not have to have previous experience join, there will be options for all experience levels. Unsure if Kundalini and Yin Yoga are right for you? Check our FAQs below!
What is Kundalini yoga?
Kundalini yoga is a spiritual practice to cleanse and move prana (also known as chi) throughout your body. It is a way to release energetic blocks that feel physical or mental. All yoga can be spiritual, but Kundalini Yoga has a particular emphasis that when your spirit is aligned, the rest of your life will find alingment too.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow yoga practice that emphasizes cool, nurturing, restorative energy. We lead a very active Yang lifestyle, so Yin Yoga gives us a chance to find balance and reset our over-stimulated nervous systems. We also store a lot of trauma and emotions in our muscle memory, Yin Yoga can help you release those as we hold poses for longer.
