About this event

Transform Your Love Blueprint- Break the Cycle: A Somatic Workshop for Women Ready to Heal and Embrace Love
2-Hour In-Person Gathering at Poppy's Co-Working Place. $20 early bird until May 25th. $35 after.

Ready to stop repeating painful patterns in love—whether it’s settling, avoiding, or wondering why connection feels just out of reach?

You’re not alone. Even self-aware women can get stuck in cycles that therapy and self-help haven’t shifted. The missing link? Your nervous system.

I’ve been there. I only began to change when I stopped trying to think my way out and started working with my body. Once I understood that my system was trying to protect me—not sabotage me—I could finally move toward real, healthy love.

In this nourishing 2-hour workshop, you’ll explore:

  • How your nervous system holds past relationship imprints
  • Why your patterns aren’t your fault
  • What it feels like to reconnect with your body’s wisdom in the company of others

With nervous sytem teaching, grounding movement, gentle somatic tools, and shared reflection, you’ll begin to come home to yourself—and your capacity for love.

✨ Come for the healing. Stay for the sisterhood. This isn’t just a workshop—it’s a doorway to deeper self-trust and real connection.
