Meditation Classes for Spiritual Awareness


Learn to Meditate in a series of 4 classes covering all aspects of learning and practicing Meditation. One can sign up for the challenge of meditating 21 days there by making it a permanent habit.


Session #1: Wednesday, September 13, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Learn the technique, stilling the body with exercises and physical health benefits

Session #2: Wednesday, September 20, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Learn the technique, stilling the mind with exercises and mental/emotional benefits

Session #3: Wednesday, September 27, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Learn the technique, focusing attention with exercises and spiritual benefits

Session #4: Wednesday, October 4, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Putting it all together in life, growing spiritually and enjoying all benefits
