Transform Your HEART with ART Painting Workshop

San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Get Your Paint On!
Tap into your creative side and use abstract painting to see your inner guide and transform stuckness. No artistic experience necessary. Includes all supplies.
I am excited to share a special process with you, one that has been amazingly transformative for me and now for others in our workshops.
By tapping into your creative brain through abstract painting you can release stuck emotions and hear your inner guide.
Why It’s So Powerful
You solve your problem.
You become the solution. Rather than seeing what you want to do, but having no idea how to get there, your emotions have already shifted.
You are already there.
Art has been used as therapy for years, usually as a way to provide insight into serious mental illness. Painting has a much broader application – to see and transform our hearts.
Results You May Experience Through This Process
▪ Listening to your inner guru
▪ Getting over painful events and loss
In this Workshop You will Learn
* Quick techniques to express yourself with a brush (no experience needed!)
* How to bring forth your question or issue in a neutral way that allows optimal guidance
* How to trust the page and read the guidance in your work
We are in the lovely Studio Anya, which also offers yoga, pilates and body work. Space is limited to 12 people. All painting takes place on the pillows on the floor in an open studio space so you can lean into the page. Please wear shorts or pants. If you are unable to sit on the floor, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a table for you.
All paints and materials are provided. Paints are water based, washable, low odor, non-toxic acrylics.
Please contact email@example.com with any questions.
