Transaction Coordination 2 - Beyond the Contract

This 3 ½ hour one-of-a-kind course is written "through Transaction Coordinator glasses" and covers what the Transaction Coordinator should be doing during the transaction outside of the contract. For every TC or Agent who wants to take their career or business as a Transaction Coordination the rest of the way, the TC2 course drills down thoroughly into the details, workflow and compliance requirements needed to manage every type of transaction. Students will learn the complexities of the job, the attributes of a successful TC, how to run a TC business and everything in-between.
This course covers:
-What are the different types of Transactions you can process
-Disclosures, what other disclosures might you use
-What's in a name and how Buyers and sellers should be signing
-What Types of Computer Programs you might use as a Transaction Coordinator
-What is a Preliminary Title Report
-What does the agent's office need
-About the BRE
-How to work with Escrow
*TC2 serves as an elective course toward earning the CTC Certification.
Who should attend: Transaction Coordinators, Agents or non-licensed assistants who need to understand the complete process of the real estate transaction.
Wendi Molina, Independent Transaction Coordinator
Wendi Molina has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 year. She has worked as a Loan Officer, also as a Real Estate Agent and for the past 12 years as a Transaction Coordinator. She was Co-President of the Transaction Coordinators of San Diego County back in 1998. She also assisted in the development of the RealtyAssist Transaction Management Program that was bought by Stewart Title Company (now called Sureclose).
She has worked for large Brokerage offices as well as been an Independent Transaction Coordinator. She has been teaching and training Transaction Coordinators for the past 5 years. In 2006 she sold her Fundamentals of Transaction Coordination class to the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® for whom she now teaches the class.
She has resided in San Diego for the past 20 years.
Reservations for programs requiring payment will not be processed until payment is received. If you must cancel your reservation, a maximum refund of 85% of the program cost will be issued if the cancellation is received in writing three days prior to the course date. A non-refundable 15% of the program cost will be assessed for processing fees. GSDAR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program. If cancellation occurs, GSDAR will issue a full refund. In the event of rescheduling, GSDAR will send immediate notification and transfer all reservations (including payments) to the new date.
