Umati Capital and East Africa Trade and Investment Hub is proud to invite you to the first Business Fundamentals for Growth training event.

  • Do you manufacture or trade food products or products using agricultural inputs?

  • Do you sell locally, regionally, or overseas?

  • Do you have monthly turnover of over KES 5M?

  • Do you want to grow your business with better financing options, more efficient operations, and more clients?

For this training, experts will cover the modules listed below.

Day 1 - 15th March 2016 from 8:00am to 5:30pm

  • Business Accounting and Finance: How do I manage records and read financial statements to understand how my business is doing?

  • Financing Options: What are the financing products available and how do I best use them?

Day 2 - 16th March 2016 from 8:00am to 5:30pm

  • Marketing and Market Linkages: How can I expand my market to build long-term relationships with clients?

  • Improving Business Operations using Technology: How can technology help my business run more efficiently?

Registration is free for the training session. Lunch and tea are provided for both days.

What is the duration for each module?

Each module is scheduled for a half-day. We will have two modules per day.

Am I required to attend each module?

Nope! You are not required to attend each module. However, each module is designed to provide the necessary information for you to understand and accelerate your growth.

If you need to miss a module, please inform us when you register.

What does registration include?

The registration fee includes the food provided during the event. We will also provide materials after each module for your future reference.

Transport to Nairobi and to the East Africa Trade and Investment Hub office at Goodman Tower is covered by the participant.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Nope! We will have your registration information. Please make sure to sign in so that we can confirm your registration.

East Africa Trade and Investment Hub (EATIH) works to boost trade and investment with and within East Africa.
