TRAIN THE TRAINER 2019 FOR TOASTMASTER CLUB LEADERS
This session is for Toastmasters members ony, with an emphasis on club officer training topics.

- Would you like to impart leadership skills by training CLUB LEADERS?
- Do you want to learn useful FACILITATION skills to engage your participants?
Learn how to
- Create a positive learning environment with extensive interaction from the participants.
- Inspire your participants by drawing upon your stories as a club leader
- Draw upon the wisdom of the participants and create a memorable learning experience.
Who can attend?
Open only to Toastmasters who have attended at least one club officer training and/or a club officer at their club.
What will it cover?
Tools for designing an effective TM club officers' training and engaging the audience. The trainers will deliver a sample facilitation demo on specific club officer topic in the breakout room.
TM Breakout Rooms
Breakout rooms will be based on type of club officers' training topic covered (Eg: VPE, VPPR)
Hands-on Activity
8– 10 minutes on a specific club officers' training topic (Eg: VPE, VPPR) followed by 5 minutes of feedback.
A Full Day Training
The workshop is designed for or any Toastmaster leader interested in learning the nuances of effective training. Discover helpful strategies from educational sessions spiced up with hands on practice and supportive feedback. Learn to make your trainings engaging and fun. Improve your leadership skills and spark leadership in your fellow toastmasters!
Pre-Requisite
Each participant is requested to bring along a club officer training topic (For instance for VPM, the topic could be 'Improving member experience'). During the breakout sessions, you get to practice the facilitation skills that you just learned. An ideal presentation is a combination of sharing your personal experience as a club leader and drawing out the participants' insights and ideas to achieve the topic being discussed. A hands-on 8-10 minute presentation within a small group will culminate in effective feedback from fellow toastmasters.
