Description

The Disciples of Dirt Mountain Bike Club (DoD) is pleased to announce the Trails in Motion MTB Film Festival World Tour being held in Springfield, Oregon. The festival includes a juried selection of mountain bike themed short films, food and beverages, silent auction, and raffle. This event is a DoD fundraiser for the support of our trail stewardship mission, and intended to increase the stoke of riding awesome trails when the dark and soggy days of winter have left us. You do not need to be a DoD member to join this event.

FAQs

What is included with the ticket?

The stoke-fueled MTB-themed films, high quality entree items from our generous restaurant sponsors (type TBD but WILL include vegetarian option(s), local microbrews and soft drinks, and a raffle ticket.

Edit: The Wheel Apizza Pub is providing pizza for this event and Elevate Kombucha is providing a non-alcoholic option. Oakshire Brewing will be providing local craft beer.

What else is going on there?

The DoD merchandise and membership sign-up booth will be there. Tables with raffle prizes and silent auction merchandise will be displayed, and our top sponsors are being offered tables for the event.

Where is this event being held, exactly?

400 International Way, Ste 120 in Springfield. It's the same building that Willie's Lebanese Restaurant is located. Ground level, south side. There's plenty of off-street parking.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Beer is included with the ticket if you're 21 or over, but a state-issued ID IS REQUIRED! Bring your ID for alcoholic beverages! This event is family-friendly. Children are welcome, but parental discretion may be needed during the films. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be included in the ticket price.

What can I bring into the event?

Bring your ID for beer. Please bring cash, if at all possible, for DoD membership sign-ups, silent auction and additional raffle ticket purchases. Cards will also be accepted. Chairs will be provided. Please do NOT jeopardize our OLCC permit by bringing your own alcohol into the event. Finally, bring your unbridled excitement!

What's the event timeline?

Doors open at 6, when food and beverages will be served. The film will start around 7:30. The raffle and silent auction timing will be TBD but will likely wrap up just after the films.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund until 30 days before the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

A digital ticket works, but it should have your name on it.
