TrailGraze April 2023 A Weekend on the Tasting Trail in North West Tasmania

After the success of its inaugural event in 2022, this year’s TrailGraze will be held on 22 and 23 April 2023, and feature more than 30 producers, whose offerings include wine, cider, craft beer and spirits, cheese, meats, seafood, condiments and confectionery all across the beautiful north-west region of Tasmania.

To celebrate TrailGraze 2023, some of Australia's most exciting chefs and drinks experts have already hit the road to discover the north-west for themselves. Taking inspiration from the region, they've created a recipe book's worth of dishes and cocktails featuring the delicious produce they found along the way, with world-class beverages to match. This year's TrailGraze Ambassadors include acclaimed chefs Danielle Alvarez, Palisa Anderson, Sabina Newton, Craig Will and Lilly Trewartha, and renowned beverage professionals James Welsh and Mike Bennie.

You'll have a chance to relive their journey with dishes and beverage pairings recreated by producers on the weekend, as well as plenty of produce to take with you, and a bespoke recipe book to create your own TrailGraze dishes at home.

The weekend is jam-packed with bespoke events, including farm tours, truffle hunts, whisky tastings, grape stomping, tasting menus, producer talks and live music to keep you entertained.
