We hear Christmas bells ringing, as the 5th GreenBuzz Xmas Dinner is almost here! We will breathe in festive mood and give space to informal discussions about the green happenings of the past year and share buzzing ideas for the next one.
This year we invite you to one of the most innovative restaurants in Zurich - Marktküche. You can choose from two menus made out of local and bio ingredients:
- Main course - Option 1: Lye Roll Dumpling with Truffle | Champagne | Pear | Shiitake mushroom
- Main course - Option 2: Apple-Romaine Lettuce surprise puff Pastry with Buckthorn | Beluga Lentils | Root Chervil| Essence
Menu base: Each menu includes Amuse Bouche / Greetings from the kitchen *** Pumpkin-cinnamon soup with Styrian pumpkin oil *** Chocolate variations
On top of the delicious menus we will host a small Xmas market prior to the dinner as well as a surprise speaker from the local food scene.

19.30 onwards: Dinner is served + input from a local food business
21.00: Talks and fun continue
What is included in the price
The dinner price includes: awesome vibe and atmosphere + a small starter surprise from the kitchen + three course menu + some tap water. All participants can also shop and order at the small Christmas market (participating brands will be announced closer to the date).

GreenBuzz is driven largely by volunteers that work on sustainability topics in their daily work. We are a non-profit association on the move and always happy and grateful for every helping hand (event organisation, accounting, project management, reporters, etc.).
