With our EQT 10-miler Training Group in full swing, we will be hosting weekly Track Workouts at the Schenley Oval every Monday night (unless otherwise noted). Not in our Training Group? Not a problem! Everyone is welcome to join for a week or the whole season, and we are happy to accomidate ALL LEVELS & ABILITIES!
Our program is led by our outstanding USATF Certified coaches, Kim & Colt! They have a plethora of running experience, and will be able to answer questions, offer high fives, or help you set a new PR! Our goal is to help you accomplish your goals, whatever they may be.
Each week will offer a different variation of distance and intensity that can be adapted to your individual needs. Through these workouts, we want to help you get faster, feel stronger, and gain confidence in your ability to become a more well rounded runner.
Please plan on arriving and checking-in by 6:15 pm, so that you can warm up and be ready to go by 6:30 pm.
