This event is free, but tickets are limited, so you must reserve your spot. This page is for the 5:30pm tour.
Featured in the Star Tribune and twice in Old House Journal, the lovingly restored Reinhold Zeglin house, built in 1905, is one of Park Avenue’s best preserved and finest examples of the residential Colonial Revival style. It is coming up for sale for only the second time in 81 years.
Current owners Ryan Knoke and Montana Scheff purchased 3621 Park Avenue in 2004 from 101-year-old real estate businessman Wendell Erickson, who had owned the home since 1932. Since purchasing the house, Ryan and Montana have undertaken an extensive restoration, bringing it back to its original splendor and garnering local and national attention for their efforts.
This event not only offers a rare glimpse into one of Park Avenue’s best-preserved gems, but owner and Park Avenue Historian Ryan Knoke will present on the history of the home and its context on Historic Park Avenue.
