Tour of Europe Dinner: Germany

Description
Chef Dennis Stukel presents his Second Annual Tour of Europe Dinner series. In celebration of the four cuisines that Chef Dennis is trained in, we bring you a special dinner on the last Thursday of each month from January through April.
Each meal is a prix fixe four-course dinner with regional drink pairings. All courses and drinks are representative of the featured country. The third stop of the tour brings you to Germany. The final dinner will feature a menu from Italy on April 25.
The menu for the German tour is:
- Bayerische Bohnensuppe (Bavarian Bean Soup)
- Bismarck Rollmöpse (Pickled Herring Rolls)
- Kartoffelsalat und Gurkinsalat (Potato and Cucumber Salad
- Kohlrouladen und Schweinegulasch (Cabbage Rolls and Pork Goulash)
- Dampfnudeln (Steamed Pudding)
The cost per dinner is $65 per person and includes four courses and three drink pairings. For each subsequent dinner you attend after the first, you will receive an additional gift card to Bavarian Bierhaus as a thank-you:
- Second Dinner: $5 gift card
- Third Dinner: $5 and $10 gift cards
- All Four Dinners: $5, $10 and $15 gift cards
Reservations are required and seating is very limited.
