Have you felt intimidated to participate in organized bike events?

Have high registration fees discouraged you from participating in a bike event?

This bike event is designed by women for women. All routes will be clearly marked and monitored by Support and Gear (SAG) vehicles.

Not sure you are ready to participate, how about taking the leap and creating a team of first time participants. TDLC is a fully supported ride that is designed by women for women only.

Why is TDLC a women only bike ride?

Chingona Race Productions' goal is to build a world of nonjudgmental racing experiences for the everyday female athlete. We envision a day where all women are empowered to participate in sports. TDLC is a way to encourage more women to bike ride.

What if my male significant other or male friend(s) want to participate?

The bike ride is only open for women; however they can participate by being a volunteer. They can contact us at contact@racechingona.com or info@racechingona.com for volunteer opportunities.

Our SAG vehicles are on hand to assist in getting you back on the road. You should however, carry spare tubes with you.

What should I carry with me on the ride?

Two spare tubes, hydration, nutrition (snack bars, gels, gummies or gu) and cell phone.

Do I need to wear a helmet on the ride?

YES!!!!! We know you’re a Chingona, but the pavement is also chingon, so let’s not take any chances.

What happens if it rains?

Since we are in Texas we all know that the weather is a bit bipolar. Light rain and drizzle definitely won’t melt any Chingona, but we may postpone or cancel the ride if there is severe weather.

Absolutely, we also have a team registration option.

Is my registration transferable to another Chingona?

In an effort to keep costs low for the event, we do not allow registration transfers.
