The Saber 5/6 presents the Tour de Eifel Biking Event! A cycling event for all ages, invite family and friends. Bike for fun or compete!
About this event
Additional Details/Rules
- *GRAVEL BIKE RECOMMENDED* Courses are unpaved and road bikes are not suitable for selected routes.
- Race course of approximately 12 mi. (high elevation change, largely unpaved) or Family/kids course of approximate 3 mi. (low elevation change, partially unpaved.
- Both courses will start next to the Spangdahlem AB Visitor Center and will go throughout the forest just North of the base.
- Medals will be given to attendees who finish entirety of either course (including kids course).
- First 3 finishers of race course will receive customized Tour de Eifel trophies as well as a medal.
- Attendees with E-Bikes may participate, but are NOT eligible for first 3 trophies. Medals will still be given to these attendees.
- Two water stations will be available for participants of race course.
- Medical staff will NOT be present. Riders are encouraged to ride at their own risk and should not exceed their physical abilities.
