"Build-Play-Learn" Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Workshop

You don't just get to learn theory, but you get to apply what you learn by envisioning a product, translating that vision to a product backlog. You practice various Product Owner techniques that can bring alignment between various stakeholders. You also learn and practice techniques for discovering features that users want by applying Innovation Games (R). This novel brain-based active learning approach not only enables you to learn the concepts in a short amount of time but also gives you the opportunity to apply what you when you go back to work.

Scrum is simple but is not easy. So, this workshop is about more than just the basics. Beyond core Scrum practices, participants will learn techniques which will help them be an effective Product Owner. There will also be many opportunities to explore challenges faced by organizations when they embrace Agile processes.

"I attended both the Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner workshops facilated by Ram. I came away from both sessions with a wealth of knowledge and new found understanding of the Scrum Framework. Ram's passion for agile and Scrum radiated throughout the course. His hands-on training method made it easy to grasp Scrum concepts as well as put it to work right there in the training. I would recommend anyone looking to get certified to reach out to Ram, you won't regret it." - Stacy-Ann Burton, Senior Analyst, Consumer Solutions Delivery COE at Loblaw

"I attended both CSM & CSPO courses from Ram. Undoubtedly, his knowledge and expertise in the domain is outstanding. Helpful in explaining complex concepts and very responsive to queries and suggestions" - Arindam Sarkar, Practice Lead at Capstone Ridge Group

"If you are looking to up your credentials with a CSPO, you should consider this workshop. Ram is an experienced facilitator who deftly combines theory with deep practical knowledge. (He spends his days as a Scrum Master and Agile Team Coach.) I was impressed by the pre-course readings and assignments, the guest facilitator, and the tools and techniques covered over two intense, engaging days. There was a good balance between lectures, discussions, knowledge recaps and hands-on group work. The Discover to Deliver framework is a useful conceptual tool for integrating product discovery into the scrum cycles. Well worth the effort. Highly recommended." - Marc Reppin, Principal, MR/A DigitalConsulting Inc.

"Anyone looking for CSPO and/or CSM workshop not only to get certified, but to get the best return against your time & cost.... it would be hard to pick a trainer better than Ram. Thoroughly enjoyed his gifted coaching aptitude, interactive teaching methodology, meticulously planned sessions, and quality of teaching content. Keeping aside his command over agile/scrum concepts and diversified industry experienced, the best thing I liked was his passion for mentoring, teaching, and guiding his students. Highly recommended for any CSM/CSPO aspirant" - Mohtsham Majeed, Product Owner at 1Insurer

I look forward to more Agile interactions with Ram in the future!" - Vito Wasniewski, Technology Program Manager

He willingly gave his time to responding to questions thoroughly. Ram has his unique approach towards training. He ingrains the details of the process via introducing intuitive games. I am particularly impressed by Ram’s ability to handle diverse audience in his training's, it seemed to come naturally to him. I was always in awe of Ram's ability to command a room and get people on board with ideas—even people who were initially on completely different pages" - Sai Durga Bhavani Pallothu, Lead Analyst at CGI

"I attended a CSPO course taught by Ram. He made the two days very engaging using real world examples and interactive exercises.
