Innovative Well-Being: What High-Performance Organizations Do Differently

Most employers and employees alike are well aware of the toll that long hours and job-related stress takes on workers and workplace culture and the need for well-being initiatives. New research from the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), in partnership with Professor Rob Cross, examines the innovative well-being practices of high-performance organizations, and their present and future plans to create workspaces, programs, and policies to support various components of well-being.

About Rob Cross:

Rob Cross is the Edward A. Madden Professor of Global Business at Babson College. For almost twenty years, his research, teaching and consulting have focused on applying social network analysis ideas to critical business issues for actionable insights and bottom-line results. He has worked with over 300 leading organizations (companies, government agencies, and non-profit organizations) across industries on a variety of solutions including innovation, revenue growth, leadership effectiveness and talent management.
