Businessman, entrepreneur, and author Craig Huntington is a well-respected and distinguished industry and motivational speaker. He has been presenting managerial, leadership and motivational presentations for the past 20 years and has developed a comprehensive collection of presentations on a wide range of subjects. Craig has spoken at CAI conferences, management companies, executive retreats and strategic meetings in over 15 states.
Craig began his career in association management in 1980 when he founded Huntington Property Services, a full service property management company specializing in homeowner association management in Southern California.
Craig has been President of the Channel Island Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI) and has served on the Board of Directors for the Nevada, Central Arizona and Utah CAI Chapters.
Currently, Craig is President of Alliance Association Financial Services, a division of Bank of Nevada that provides services designed for homeowner associations and management companies. Prior to joining Alliance Association Financial Services, Craig was President of Community Association Banc.

Jeff is the President and founder of TOPS Software, one of the oldest software companies providing accounting and administrative software to management companies and self-managed communities.
Prior to founding TOPS Software, Jeff’s background was in accounting and property management. He worked as a staff accountant and accounting manager for two Fortune 500 companies for eight years, becoming a division accounting manager overseeing 4 divisions of a large, multi-national technology company in the Washington, DC area.
President of TOPS Software
Mike has more than 14 years of software sales, sales management, and marketing experience. Prior to joining TOPS Software in 2009 he worked at Vocus, Inc. (VOCS) where he specialized in web-based solutions for the public affairs industry as a Senior Account Executive.
Mike started his sales management career at Enterprise Rent a Car. Hardy is a graduate of Radford University and has degrees in History and Political Science.
Nicole Beal, AMS, Director of TOPS Professional Services
Nicole is a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with over 15 years experience in the community management industry. As Director of Professional Services at TOPS, she assists new users as they transition to TOPS from other products, and assists existing users as their needs change with the industry. Nicole is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a BS in Natural Resource Management.
Deborah White, TOPS Trainer
Deborah has been with TOPS software for over 10 years. She has an extensive knowledge of TOPS and community management, encompassing all aspects of operation as well as implementation and new customer set up.
Diana Kral, TOPS Trainer
Diana has a background in IT and years of experience working for a property management company. She draws on that background, along with her deep knowledge of TOPS, to offer a complete training experience for our clients.
