Its that time of year again! Admissions results are out and we are proud to report that Crimson students have secured ofeers from the likes of Harvard, Stanford and many more.

If you too have always dreamed of attending a top US college, we can help you achieve your goal. Join us for this forthcoming event to get the inside track on how our students made it and find out how to choose your best-fit schools and create a winning application. Our panel of experts will provide you with everything you need to know to kickstart the process and explain what help is available.What you can expect from this seminar:

  • Advice on the college landscape and admissions process
  • Crafting a competitive profile: the importance of extracurriculars and the college essays
  • Mock admissions panel with real student profiles - how admissions officers assess applications and make decisions
  • Tips and hints on how to master the process and ensure you get noticed

Speakers:

Huiting Xu 20180117_143702

Huiting graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Chicago with a degree in Biological Sciences. She then went on to receive an MSc in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oxford. Huiting has been an admissions counsellor in both the US and China and brings a wealth of experience in guiding students through the rigorous college application process. Huiting remains actively involved in the UChicago community as an Alumni Admissions Interviewer and is an Academic Advisor in Crimson's London office.

Olivia Munkimage1

Olivia is a 2016 graduate of Harvard University in English, and a 2017 graduate of St. Catherine’s College, Oxford, with a Master of Studies in English (1900-present). A native of New York City, she currently lives in London, where she is a tutor and mentor. When she’s not tutoring for Crimson, she runs her feminist theatre company, Part of the Main Productions.Olivia is passionate about working with young people and enjoys sharing her insights and experience with students who aspire to study in the US.

Chloe is a graduate of Southampton University and The College of Law (BA English and LLM) and has six years’ experience in UK and US school and university admissions consulting. Having worked with families from all over the world, she is well-versed in identifying need and helping students of all abilities navigate the UK and US university application processes. Chloe works alongside Huiting in the London office.
