Top Gun Sales Excellence: Annual Training for Retail Sales Professionals is a 3-day, hands-on skills training workshop for Retail Salespeople and Owners. Sales Coordinators / Customer Experience Coordinators are also highly encouraged to attend.

 

This interactive, energetic workshop will be a detailed, step-by-step review of the entire BDR sales process with:

  • Sales tools demonstrations
  • Real-world sales situations.

Meet Our Trainer - Michael Hunter  

Michael Hunter has 17 years of experience in the HVAC industry as a Territory Manager and Dealer. Prior to joining BDR, he was a highly successful General Manager of a dealership in Idaho. Michael is BDR’s Sales Coach and leads BDR’s Structural Sales and Hiring, Compensating, & Developing a Sales Force classes.


 


What happens after I register? 

 

Once registered, the Event Team will be in contact with you via the email provided. You will receive a detailed Welcome Packet within 6-8 weeks of class. This will contain airport and hotel information, class agenda, what to do in the area and how to get around.  

 

You will be able to remain in contact with the Event Team for any additional questions or concerns before or after the event.  

 

Top Gun Sales Excellence is a 3 day class, it is important for you to arrive no later than the evening prior to class - registration and breakfast begin at 7:00 am! 

 


 

FAQS

 

When will I receive my Welcome Packet?

Welcome packets will be sent out to all registered attendees 6-8 weeks prior to the event. This packet will include information to help you book your travel and accommodations.

Can I update / cancel my registration information?

What is the refund policy?

For cancellations before November 11th, 2018 there is a $200 per person cancellation and/or transfer fee to move to another session. Note: New sessions may take place in a different location from session your originally registered for.

Cancellations received within 10 days of the class are non-refundable.
