Gerry Connolly is an accomplished comic,
actor and musician, best known for his satirical caricatures
of public figures, and his sharp character portrayals of political figures. In everyday meetings, he brings a wealth of practical techniques and tips of breath control, relaxation methods and a direct communication style. He uses a fresh, relaxed and humorous approach to individual coaching sessions and draws on his own experience of dealing with anxiety and employing social skills.
