Description

Tools to Support Emotional Regulation & Anxiety in Young Children

Parents and caregivers will learn practical implementation strategies that can help children understand their emotions, gain self-regulation skills, and manage symptoms of anxiety. In addition, participants will explore tools that are designed to support healthy social-emotional development and receive ideas for ‘Do It Yourself’ options. This class is best suited for parents, caregivers, and educators of children ages 3-12.

Registration includes light dinner. Free childcare is available for children ages 3-12. Childcare spots are limited and must be requested and confirmed ahead of time. Please contact Kate Bartlein at kbartlein@namimn.org with any questions.

Special thanks to South Saint Paul Community Education and South Saint Paul Public Schools for helping to make this event possible.
