Event description

Description

Nonprofit organizations realize greater success addressing social and political goals when partnering with others to act collectively. Because the process by which organizations engage partners in collaboration varies, measuring the success of these partnerships has been a major challenge for nonprofit leaders.

In this session, Dr. Varda will present two online tools that managers can use to collect data in their effort to build, manage, and evaluate cross-sector networks. This talk will focus on how data on your social networks can be translated into action and strategies in management practice.
