Come celebrate our birthday the active way — with a fun, no-pressure 5K run/walk along Fort Lauderdale Beach! Whether you're a runner, a walker, or just here for the vibes, this is all about moving together, building energy, and enjoying good people and good food.

We’ll meet at the park, run a 5K route along the beach, and head to a nearby Lona Cocina & Tequileria for brunch right after.

Paid parking is available at Fort Lauderdale Beach Park and nearby beach lots. Please arrive early to give yourself time to find a spot and feed the meter (or use the ParkMobile app).

Do I have to be a runner to join?

Nope — this is a fun run! No timers, no pressure. Just movement, community, and a good time.

What time should I get there?

Arrive around 9am to stretch, vibe, and park before we head out. The run will start shortly after.

What should I bring?

Comfy shoes, water, and good energy. If you want to enter the raffle, bring a donation too!

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome! Just make sure they’re leashed and used to being around groups.

Is brunch included?

Food is not included, but we’ll head to a nearby brunch spot after the run. You can order whatever you’d like and vibe out!
