24th Annual Together We Will Early Childhood Conference
You are invited to participate as a vendor/resource exhibitor at the annual statewide early childhood conference entitled “Together We Will: Addressing Racial Equity in Early Childhood.” This conference is scheduled for Friday, April 21, 2016 at Goodwin College, East Hartford, CT.
Anticipated registration for this conference is approximately 300 participants. The audience will include early childhood administrators, professionals, and family members.
Conference registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. Lunch will be served from 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Participants will be given several opportunities throughout the day to visit the vendor/exhibitor tables. The conference will conclude at approximately 3:30 p.m.
- Vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendor fees includes lunch and a display space with either one 6-foot table at $130.00, or two 6-foot tables at $180.00, and the donation of items (a gift or gift card) to become part of participant door prizes.
- Nonprofit organization fees includes lunch, one 6-foot table which includes one attendee at $65, and the donation of items (a resource or gift card) to become part of participant door prizes.
- If an additional attendee from your company or organization will be accompanying you, please register each person for $25.
Materials that are aligned to the conference theme are appreciated.
If you cannot attend, but wish to have company catalogs and other literature on display, the fee is $20.00. These materials need to be delivered to SERC in Middletown on or before March 23, 2017. You will receive an email confirming the status of your delivery upon arrival.
