HOW IT WORKS
Join one of our quarterly workshops* for a collaborative deep-work session to help you hone in on your values so you can align your goals for greater success. Thereafter, as a member, you can leverage our online Slack community, your Peer Circle Coaching Group, or our Open Topic Virtual Peer Circle Coaching Group as a weekly check-in for accountability.

WHAT YOU NEED
- A quiet space
- An open and focused mind
- Turn off other apps, notifications, etc.
- Make sure this time is focused on YOU
- Notebook and pen/pencil
- Your Barrett Personal Values Assessment results, printed:
- With Self-Development: Exercise 1 complete
- Know your top 3 values you’d like to develop further:
- We need these to be able to place you into the right breakout group!
- You will workshop Exercise 2 with your breakout group
- Your go-to calendar (paper or digital)
MEET OUR FACILITATORS
Deb de Freitas | Peer Circle National Board Member
Deborah as applied her communication and operational skills to serve the growth of several Austin area tech companies including Dell and Bazaarvoice and currently Khoros, where she is the Director of Business Systems. She serves as the Board Chair for Austin Bat Cave, a creative non-profit that provides writing programs, in addition to her role as the National Peer Circle Chair for Together Digital. A true multipotentialite, she's been a writer, dancer, teacher, run a wellness center, and makes time to read a new book each week and binge as many movies or shows as she can. She's called Austin, Texas home since childhood but until 2020 her travels took her around the world, with time logged on every continent except Antarctica.
Toni Plumb | Peer Circle Chair, Cincinnati Chapter
Toni develops marketing strategies and plans for businesses to help them garner new business/clients/customers. She does so by increasing their online presence, generating additional leads, and increasing traffic to their website through content management (creation and curation), social media, email marketing, blog writing, SEO efforts, website page updates, etc.⠀
As an entrepreneur and natural relationship builder, Toni is focused on the relationships with her peers, clients, and teams, partnering with each to strengthen efforts towards reaching their goals. She values authenticity and transparency in her partnerships and enjoys collaborating with others who share these values.⠀ ⠀
Enthusiastic, hard-working, and highly motivated, Toni loves getting others excited about a cause, a project, a campaign, or even a lunch out! She brings positivity and energy to her work and the results are contagious. She is energized by encouraging and supporting others to strive for their best work/selves.
Amy Vaughan | Together Digital CEO
As, Together Digital’s CEO, Amy prides herslef on being a humble, dynamic, and versatile leader who believes in the power and limitless possibilities that sit at the intersection of vulnerability, purpose, and collaboration. Her desire to create positive change in the personal and professional lives of others is what fuels her - as well as the Together Digital mission I now work to protect and preserve as its biggest champion and CEO.
Prior to Together Digital, for nearly 14 years, Amy worked as a passionate creative leader and award-winning Creative Director. Creating compelling and effective digital and video content for brands like Ford, Pringles, Febreze, Pantene, Gillette, Folgers, Biore, Jergens, Walmart, BlueCross Blue Sheild, Humana, and Fifth Third.
