Join us for a mid-week 30 minute flow session the second Tuesday of every month OR a 60-minute weekend flow the last Sunday of the month.

About this Event

Megan has dabbled in aerial, power, hatha, bikram and ashtanaga yoga. However, after years of exploration she's come to the conclusion: any yoga is good yoga. With 300 hours YTT under her belt, Megan enjoys the integration of many techniques and practices and is excited to guide you through a 30 minute flow that cultivates peace and breaks a sweat. She may also be caught chanting in sanskrit from time to time and can't wait to welcome you to a digital practice!
