Join one of our quarterly workshops* for a collaborative deep-work session to help you hone in on your values so you can align your goals for greater success. Thereafter, as a member, you can leverage our online Slack community, your Peer Circle Coaching Group, or our Open Topic Virtual Peer Circle Coaching Group as a weekly check-in for accountability.

WHAT YOU NEED

• A quiet space
• An open and focused mind
• Turn off other apps, notifications, etc.
• Make sure this time is focused on YOU
• Notebook and pen/pencil
• Your Barrett Personal Values Assessment results, printed:
• With Self-Development: Exercise 1 complete
• Know your top 3 values you’d like to develop further:
• We need these to be able to place you into the right breakout group!
• You will workshop Exercise 2 with your breakout group
• Your go-to calendar (paper or digital)
