Description
The Tofurky Company invites you to join in the 2017 Buffalo Tofurky Trot, Sunday, August 6, 2017 in Buffalo, NY. Tofurky Trots are designed to support both the health and vitality of local communities and raise money for local groups supporting plant based diets.
The race is 5k (3.1 miles) and is a run, trot, or walk open to all levels of physical fitness. It’s a great day to enjoy the company of fellow plant eaters and highlight the benefits of plant based diets.
The race course is a USATF certified and sanctioned course!

The Tofurky Trot will be the starting event to Buffalo's WNY VegFest. The purpose of the event is to bring people from all different walks of life into a family friendly atmosphere that promotes a vegan lifestyle. We hope to raise vegan awareness within our community, help people make lifestyle transitions, and help vegan and vegetarian people connect. Restaurants, holistic therapists, vegan food companies, and many more vendors will be on site. We will also have live music, multiple speakers, and a children's area. $35 On-site adult registration, $15.00 Children under 18
(Children under age 5 free!)!
Great Prizes will be awarded to the top male, female, and children finishers, as well as for all age group winners. Tasty vegan snacks and drinks will be provided at the finish line. There will also be random prize drawings, but the real focus are the non profits who we run to support.
On Line Registration will close at 10 pm on Friday, August 4, 2016. You may still register on race day morning but to avoid the lines and help us start on time please register early. Thank you!
Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to park and walk to the start and register if needed

No, we will have your name on the roster sheet but it might be good to have for backup.
