While many wineries exert the most time, staff and investment dollars into attracting new customers, oftentimes, the reliable, loyal buyers don’t always get the attention they deserve. The average wine club customer belongs to ~4-5 loyalty programs. With so many wineries offering similar benefits across club memberships, competition is growing and customer loyalty can be easily be swayed with a simple promise of something different. As a result, oftentimes wineries spend more time focused on customer retention strategies vs. building more intrigue into their club programs and keeping those who are already committed around as long as they can.

This session will focus on the difference between customer retention and customer loyalty and offer up some creative ideas to kick things up a notch to add some spark into your wine club program. Using personalization, segmentation and simple 80/20 marketing logic, this live snap track webinar will provide some thought- provoking ideas which will help keep your customer romance alive.
This session runs approximately 75 minutes with additional time for Q&A if required. Each attendee will receive a session workbook to help capture and implement best practices unique to each business.

With a strong hospitality background and expertise working with wineries, she leverages a combination of Industry proven best practices and a passion to teach within a compact and comprehensive framework which, if applied effectively, will produce immediate results.


What is included in the registration price?

Live webinar registration prices are priced per attendee. Each attendee will receive a DTC Best Practices Workbook. Group discounts are available for three or more registrations per business entity.

Live or pre-recorded sessions are are available for purchase. Simply select a session date and select recording at check out. Recorded session links are "live" for thirty days from reciept of delivery.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, however, 24 hour notice by email to the organizer before the event is required.
Please note the ticket price is applied to one registrant and is not intended for multiple attendees.
Group registration discounts are available for a single user - multiple sessions or multiple users- one session.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds available, however, registrations can be transferred to another individual or session with 24 hour notice.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

The registration name(payee) may be different than the attendee, but the attendee name must remain as stated in the final registration. Attendee name and email details are required to cross reference credentials to log in to the sessions.
