Why register now? As long as it’s before July 31st, can I register when I submit my animation?

Yes, you can register anytime up to and including July 31st. However, registering now gives you access to deliverables and submission requirements which are important to have before beginning the process of animation. In addition, registering now allows us to keep track of growing support on the map

Should I/my team have a clear animation idea before we register?

Absolutely no need. Registration allows us to know if the word is getting out, and what potential number of submissions to expect. It’s numbers and location, not content.

Will my name appear on the map?

Only if you want it to. Your name or title of your animation will not appear when you register. Your registration simply appears as a dot on the map. When you send in your submission, you can choose a preferred name, or choose to remain anonymous.
