To build a traceur is an end to the planned obselence of 'fitness'. I've crafted this approach for my own ability to be ready at any given moment for any physical activity. Having a relationship with your vessel and it's design cuts away countless hours of programming. You arrived with your own program specific to the individual. This workshop provides the chance to hit your reset button and hit the ground running, fighting, climbing, fording and carrying like you used to as a child with the strength of your adult body. Move like your genes brought you out of 10,000 BC.

barefoot running mechanics
Any injuries or misalignments that can be aided by PALO for ALL students individually
loaded running (log and buddy carries)
and much more
Each student will receive their very own PALO and will be taught the self rehabilitation technique as part of this event.you will also receive an accompanying PDF 'The rhythm instructs' which provides and overview of everything covered in class.
Bring some light non restrictive sweats, water, a notebook, flat soled shoes and an open mind.
