Dear Colleagues and Friends,

Tech Networks of Boston (TNB) hosts roundtables every other Friday afternoon. These are informal discussions and presentations, on a wide range of topics of interest to TNB's staff, clients, and friends. We hope that you will join us for this session!

On September 13th, Rosemarie Boardman will be our featured guest. She serves as the director of finance and operations for both Community Catalyst (www.communitycatalyst.org) and Health Care For All (www.hcfama.org), and will give us an overview of how two separately incorporated nonprofit organizations share key staff members, back office services (including IT), and physical space in Boston.

We think many local nonprofits will be seriously considering similar arrangement in the future. It just makes sense - not just in terms of consolidating resources during times of scarcity, but in terms of fostering constructive collaboration.
