Filmed in the Okanagan region of British Columbia, on the traditional lands of the Syilx Okanagan people, this video highlights the deep connection between Indigenous forestry professionals and the land. The documentary follows the dedicated workers and leaders of Ntityix Resources, a Westbank First Nation-owned forestry company established in 2006. Guided by their Seven Generations Plan, Ntityix Resources LP blends traditional knowledge with modern forestry practices to balance economic opportunity with environmental stewardship. Ntityix is committed to supporting local contractors, employment, and reinvesting revenue back into the land to promote long-term sustainability.
