TMCC Dinner Series

Introducing TMCC's 'Dinner & Discussions' event series — an opportunity to forge lasting relationships with fellow Maintenance, Reliability, and Operations professionals in your geographic region and contribute to your organization's growth through the exchange of insightful ideas and thought leadership. Our goal is to create local community events that strengthen members' local networks while also creating a stronger future for our industries as a whole.

Each Dinner & Discussion event will be centered around the latest State of The Community report. This comprehensive report aims to present emerging trends and pressing challenges that require collective attention within our industry and will serve as a discussion guide in assigned dinner groups.

You will be placed into and seated with a local Peer Circle - up to 8 peers and one industry expert who will drive deep, thought-provoking discussions across the table that can then be continued in your Peer Circle's private TMCC Slack group.

Each attendee will receive a training and discussion guide to bring back to their organizations that translates learnings and findings into actionable insights for their team.

Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out, these events will be the perfect opportunity to build meaningful relationships and gain valuable insights that will help your organization achieve its MRO goals - all over a delicious dinner.

Membership and Entry Costs $150 and includes:

• TMCC Dinner & Discussion event - chapter-wide meeting of Southern California's top industry professionals for an unforgettable experience filled with networking and small-group collaboration led by titans and mentors in our field. Los Angeles 2023 'Dinner & Discussion' is planned for June 2023.

• Placement in a private, small group Peer Circle in The Maintenance Community Coalition Slack group. Peer Circles are never bigger than 10 members who are all located in the same geographic region. The private Slack channel within the TMCC Slack group creates an atmosphere of confidentiality, respect and trust among you and your fellow committed industry professionals. The hyper-local nature of Peer Circles allows you to meet and connect in-person outside of the chapter wide events.
