Directions and Parking Information. Parking is free for all attendees within the gated parking lot behind the law school. This parking lot offers easy access to and from boith the hotel and the law school.

Registration and networking breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m.

Registration deadlines and rates.

Registration deadline: Friday, October 13

Early Bird registration through October 8:

  • $130 for current credential holders
  • $150 for non-credential holders

After October 8:

  • $150 for current credential holders
  • $170 for non-credential holders

Onsite registration only if space is available. Seating is limited to 180. If registering onsite, payment is by check or cash only.

Lodging. Hotel reservations are available at the discounted rate of $149 per night at the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel, located directly across the street from the Texas A&M University School of Law. To get this reduced rate, you must call the hotel at 817-335-7000 and ask for the special rate for the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association. You cannot get this special rate if you book online.

Refunds. Full refunds are provided through October 8. Refunds less a $20 handling fee are provided through October 21.
