Event description

Description

There is no question that South Australia needs a diverse public sector that is able to understand and respond to the experiences and needs of our diverse community. But how do we promote and support the development of a workforce that leverages the talents, experiences and perspectives of employees of different gender, ages, sexual orientation, religious belief, work experience, cultural and educational backgrounds?

Join us for an interactive working session that brings together transformational leaders to explore and apply new ways of thinking to make progress on this complex adaptive challenge.

Together we will collaboratively develop 20 'Safe-to-Fail' experiments in just one day!

Facilitator:

  • Andrew Stevens is Director and Co-Founder of the Uncharted Leadership Institute. Uncharted works around the world assisting leaders and organisations to more effectively navigate uncertainty and make progress on complex challenges.
