Join The Ladies Community - Toronto for our FIRST Speaker Series of 2018! This month's theme is "Get your HEALTH, NUTRITION & FITNESS working for you!". We will bring together 10 influential and powerful woman speaking on a variety of different topics that will help YOU to actually achieve your health, fitness and nutrition goals in 2018!
