When I created Totally Screwed Up, Inc. I was extremely intentionally about wanting our organization to be inclusive. Not only did that mean supporting people on their scoliosis journeys no matter which treatment option that they chose, and supporting people who get spinal fusion for reason other than scolioisis, but that also included supporting MEN. All too often I see support groups out there for women and girls, but I never seen any for men and boys. I want to bridge that gap. I have supported some guys on their journey and this virtual meet up is a chance to bring them together to create a community that has been building for women, but lacking for men.
