PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
The full day workshop begins with a lecture covering classroom and home strategies that address the academic, social, and leisure objectives of the child with autism and/or developmental delays. Following a 1 hour lunch break (on your own), participants will have the opportunity to complete 4 different activities- a visual schedule, a work system, a file folder activity, and a ring of visuals
Although content may be applicable to all, the subject matter is specific to parents and educators of children enrolled in early education.

Street parking available on west side of building and on south lot. Parking availability subject to change without notice.
CPDU and EI credit hours will be issued upon request.
Please Note: Repeated "NO SHOWS" will jeopardize future workshops participation.

The Resource Center for Autism & Developmental Delays (RCADD) was established in partnership with the Chicago Department of Family & Support Services, and The Autism Program in Illinois (TAP). This initiative was developed to share resources, referral information, and training for families and educators of children with Autism and/or Developmental Delays.
