Tinker Time (school years K-2)

Come along and Tinker! Get ready to dive into hands-on, self-guided STEM fun. Explore a variety of exciting stations packed with creative challenges and sensory-rich construction activities. Unleash your creativity—build, explore, and experiment your way!

This workshop meets every second Wednesday of the month from 12 February to 10 December 2025. Please note this event does not run during school holidays.

Dates and time: 12 Feb, 12 March, 9 April, 14 May, 11 June, not running in July, 13 August, 10 September, not running in October, 12 November and 10 December. From 4pm - 5pm.

For kids in school years K-2 only. Parental supervision required.

• The event is for kids in school years K-2 only. All children must have adult supervision. Only children need to be booked in, not their attending parent/carer.
• You need to register each workshop you wish to attend.
• You must be a Library member to attend. Library membership is free, and you can sign up online or at any branch.
• If you are unable to attend, please cancel your tickets as soon as possible. This will enable others to participate in the event.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow the event to run on time.
• Due to the safety and enjoyment of participants, we are unable to admit latecomers to the room after the start time.
• Your ticket can be cancelled by the organiser at any time without further notice.
